  1. A beautiful praise poem written by a dear friend of my daughter and I, Madeline Young.

He watches over every waking moment.
He blocks off all evil.
His shield is like a shelter in a storm.

God is my protector.
He takes care of me even in the worst of times.
When I am scared he comforts me.
He protects me is like a knight; I am the Princess and he is the King.

God is my strength.
He lifts me up when I am at my lowest point.
I can trust him with my everything.
He allows me to go higher than I ever thought I could.

God is my planner.
Even if things don’t go the way I want them to,
God has a reason for doing it.
The life I want to live is with the plans God has created.
